Gostaria de ver outra publicação sobre encargos financeiros em empréstimos de longo prazo (36 meses) com pagamento em prestações fixas mensais. Nesses casos, tenho dúvidas a respeito da apropriação mensal dos juros a transcorrer e na apresentação no balanço das parcelas de curto e longo prazo.
